Alex has 20 years’ experience growing enterprise software companies, including 15 focused on Spend Management. Alex joined Ariba to build its spend analytics business, which he led as general manager. He then built and led Ariba’s international marketing team until successful acquisition by SAP, transitioning to lead business network marketing globally. Earlier, Alex was a founding member of Zeborg (acquired by Emptoris) where he developed vertical procurement applications. He began his career in the U.S. Cavalry, leading tank and scout platoons through 2 combat deployments. Bernadette Fitton, Global Digital Marketing Manager, Ivalua
Prior to joining the Ivalua team she held various marketing roles first at Oracle, where she worked for 13 years, focusing on Public Sector and Cloud CRM. After leaving Oracle she joined SAP Ariba, where she worked as Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe and subsequently at SAP, in the Campaign Team focusing on Digital Transformation. She has a Degree from the University of Surrey in French and English and the University Laval in Quebec, Canada, in French. She is leading Ivalua’s Social Media Marketing initiatives from a global perspective during a period of great innovation and growth.
Donna Hagerman, Director of Strategic Accounts, Ivalua
Prior to joining the team she was with management consulting firm A.T. Kearney for over 16 years working in their Procurement and Analytic Solutions practice where she supported Global clients in scoping their Procurement Transformation and Strategic Sourcing initiatives. She has an Engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts in Industrial Technology and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Paul Noël, SVP Procurement Solutions, Ivalua
Paul holds a Management Degree from Santa Clara University in California and studied international business at Sofia University in Tokyo. His entire career has been about improving Corporate profitability through efficient operations and Management of Spend. From his work at Ariba, Softface, and Blackhog, Paul’s specialty has been to harness standard software and services to create specific solutions for companies large and small, local and international. Continuing this at Ivalua, Paul manages all customer-facing operations for the Americas.
Claire Cunningham, Solution Consultant, Ivalua
Claire brings best in class procurement processes from 8 years experience in corporate purchasing and spend management software environments. From leading numerous procurement software initiatives for packaging giant Pactiv, to utilizing different procurement systems while part of the strategic sourcing team at the University of Chicago Medical Center, Claire’s gained a strong understanding of software capabilities and implementation pitfalls. As an Ivalua project manager, Claire led large scale projects in government, financial services and foodservice sectors. In her current role as Solution Consultant, Claire uses her extensive industry experience to help companies unify their procurement strategies with sound application solutions. Claire is an honors graduate from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Packaging.
Caroline Martinot, EMEA Field Marketing, Ivalua
Caroline is responsible for supporting and implementing field marketing initiatives across Ivalua’s EMEA region. Her role includes management of all European social media, lead generation and live event management. She earned her Master’s degree in CSR management in Canada at University of Sherbrooke.
Kelly Barner, Managing Editor of Buyers Meeting Point
Kelly Barner has a unique perspective on procurement from her experience on both sides of the negotiation desk. Having led projects involving members of procurement, supplier and purchasing teams, Kelly has practical skills in strategic sourcing program design and management, opportunity assessment, knowledge management, and custom taxonomy design and implementation. She also has direct sourcing experience in a number of product and service categories including: inventory fuel, location-based services, corrugated, and corporate purchasing cards. Kelly has her MBA as well as an MS in Library and Information Science, and is a 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Supply & Demand Chain Executive ‘Pro to Know’.
